"Cashing in on Your Future:" Coming soon: Reducing Uncertainty™ – A Pre-Retirement Program. This program is about making informed retirement decisions. From a financial perspective, the decision to retire involves more than just your pension; the cost of working, the buyout incentive, Social Security, TESPHE, taxes, and overtime must be considered too. The decision to retire is a serious one. Make it an informed decision. Contact your local UAW Ford ESSP/Education Rep. for more information on this free program.
